About us
Cosi Bear is an online shop. You can reach us at hello@cosibear.com.
Prices and payment
Our prices are set and charged in AUD. If you choose to view prices in another currency, they're shown as a guide using recent exchange rates, and your final amount is confirmed at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices from time to time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
Product information
We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Our photos show how products look and are used at home. If what you receive doesn't match what we described, our returns policy has you covered.
Safety
Always supervise young children and read the age and safety guidance on each product's packaging.
