Where we ship
We ship worldwide.
How long it takes
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, most parcels arrive in 7–15 business days. If you order more than one product, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking
Follow your order every step of the way on our Track Order page. All you need is your order number and the email you used at checkout.
Protected shipping
Choose protected shipping and if your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, we'll reship it straight away, no waiting around.
Standard parcels are looked after too. If one goes missing, we'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once it's confirmed lost.
Address changes
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
