What to do if something isn't right.
If anything isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.
If something's wrong
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, isn't as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, email hello@cosibear.com with:
- your order number
- a photo or short video showing the problem
We'll get back to you and arrange a repair, replacement or refund. If we need the item back, we'll tell you how and cover reasonable return postage.
Wrong item?
If we sent the wrong thing, email us and we'll send the right one.
Change of mind
We aren't able to accept change-of-mind returns, so if you're unsure about anything, ask us before you order. We're always happy to help you choose.
