How we look after your information.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address so we can send your order and contact you about it. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
- to process, ship and support your order
- to show you your order status on our Track Order page
- to answer your emails
- to meet our legal and tax obligations
We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the shop: Stripe for payments, our fulfilment partners and carriers to deliver your parcel, and our website host, Cloudflare.
Your bag and currency
Your bag and your chosen currency are saved in your own browser so they're still there if you refresh. Your bag is emptied after 10 minutes of no changes. We don't use advertising cookies on this site.

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing hello@cosibear.com.
